SOUS Sketch Challenge

Hello everyone! I've decided to once again play along with the ladies over at StuckOnUSketches! I love this sketch by Becky Fleck and couldn't wait to see what I could do with it!

Here is the Sketch:

And here is my version of the sketch:

First Love - by GenCraft (Floren)

I was trying to challenge myself to only use cardstock and no printed paper, but it just didn't look right to me. I was trying to pick up the blue in Jasmine's (my daughter) shirt with the blue's in the cardstock. The teenager's are always wearing two shirts these days and the blue one is peeking out under the gray one on top. This didn't come out exactly how I wanted it to, nonetheless, I'm still happy with it!

Here is a close-up of the Prima flowers and Basic Grey Element Stickers. I love the dimension of those flowers!

Here is a close-up of the flower I made! I used an EK Success Punch and layered several of the papers together. I tried to curl and cup them for some dimension and I also adhered the layers with foam tape. The sticker in the middle is an element sticker and I thought it gave it a nice touch!

I used Bo Bunny Double Dot (Dark Denim, Powder Blue, Harvest and Chiffon) and Basic Grey Boxer papers, element stickers and alphabet stickers from my stash.
