Happy Mother's Day!

I've already given my mom the gifts I made her, so now I can share them with you!

Mother's Day Frame - by Me!

I covered a 12x12 frame with Bo Bunny Sophie Chic (back) and added some Petaloo flowers, Prima Bling, Bo Bunny Sophie Dimensional Stickers and a gorgeous Prima Lace Butterfly! I also added Sophie Stripe around the poem. I found a lovely Mother's Day poem on the internet, copied it and printed it on the back of Bo Bunny Sophie - Tickled Pink.

Here is a close-up of the flowers and dimensional stickers. I layered several of the flowers together and added a sticker to the center.

Here is a close-up of the gorgeous Prima Lace Butterfly. I love this!

Here is the matching card I made for my mom using the back of Bo Bunny Sophie Rae, Stripe, Dimensional Stickers (Butterfly) and Layered Chipboard.

That wasn't all I made for my mom! I also made her a neat family album using a Bo Bunny chipboard album and Bo Bunny papers:

Here is the front of the album. I actually built the entire album off of a set of cardstock stickers! I love the Bo Bunny My Family Cardstock Stickers and decided to make something with them! I used 3 different Bo Bunny collections on this album: Organic, Abbey Road and Pet Shop! I love how they coordinate together and with the stickers!

Here is an inside page. This is my family. I'm an only child, so of course I had to include myself and my children in here! These pages are covered with Organic Snow Drop (back) and Abbey Road. The rub-ons are from Abbey Road.

Another inside page. On the left is a picture of my grandparents and my children. On the right is my mom's older sister and brother-in-law. These pages are covered with Organic Marigold (back) and Abbey Road. The flowers are from Abbey Road and the rub-ons are from Basic Grey.

This is a picture of my grandfather and my daughter Ericka when she was a baby! I used Bo Bunny Pet Shop and Abbey Road for the papers!

This picture is of my grandparents, my mom, her two sisters and her brother. I used Bo Bunny Abbey Road Dot for the base. I also fussy-cut some flowers and leaves from Abbey Road Vine (I think) and added some bling to the centers!

Well that's it! Thanks for looking and have a wonderful Mother's Day!

More Mother's Day Ideas

I was looking through my photos for a certain gift I'm making (shhh) and came across one of my favorite pictures of my girls when they were younger. I absolutely love this photo of them and immediately thought of Basic Grey Cappella when I saw the colors in it! I made this frame for myself (Happy Mother's Day to me!), but it could easily be given to my mom for Mother's Day.

I can't remember exactly when this picture was taken, but Jasmine was about 5 or 6 and Ericka was about 18 months to 2 years old. They had Jasmine kneel in the picture to be about the same size as her little sister. I love everything about this picture and wanted to "frame" it as a keepsake of my babies!

My Girls - by Me! (Floren)

I used Basic Grey Cappella - Puccini, Mezzo, Timpani, Bellini, Bravo!, Element Stickers and Prima Flowers - some from my stash and Winter Roses - Marble. Oh yeah, let's not forget the Prima bling from my stash! The frame is a Kaisercraft Large Canvas. I painted the sides dark brown to match my papers.

Here is a close-up of all of the flowers! I used stickers from the Cappella Element Stickers as some of the flower centers and added some more bling (of course!) to the center of the stickers.

Here is a close-up of the flowers and leaves I fussy-cut from the Bravo! paper. I layered them together and attached with foam squares for dimension. I added some sticker flowers from the Element Stickers and bling to the centers of the flowers.

I love how it turned out! Thanks for looking!

Not to change the subject, but did you know that Bo Bunny has come out with 4 new spring releases? Stay-tuned and we'll give you some sneak peeks of them (maybe tomorrow!)

Happy Crafting!
