Fun With Sketches

I love using sketches for making layouts and cards! I usually don't participate in sketch challenges because I'm not really allowed to win anything, but I love to play along anyway!

Check out the current sketch from Stuck On You Sketches. The sketch is designed for a 12x12 layout, but I modified it for a card. This weeks special challenge was to create something with red or pink in it.

Here's the sketch:

Here's my take on the sketch:

I used BasicGrey Nook & Pantry Chocolate Mousse, Cookbook, Strawberry Shortcake, Element Stickers and Pops to create this card. The fun doilies are from the Nook & Pantry Favor Boxes and the stamp is Jillibean Soup Sending Thoughts.

If you love designing with sketches, be sure to check them out! They have a new sketch challenge every week and sometimes they offer a blog candy prize (from yours truly) to a random player.
